Returns and Exchanges

Albatross Golf Wear is committed to ensuring that you are happy with your products.  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase.  Please return all new-condition products in the original or similar packaging to protect its quality during its return back to us at the address listed below.  

Once your new-condition return is received, we will notify you by email to confirm that your refund has been initiated.  Unless there is an issue with any of the items you returned, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  In the rare case that there is a problem with a returned item, we will reach out to you to discuss it with you immediately.

If you received any Albatross Golfwear products as a gift, and would like to exchange or return any items, please obtain the purchase order confirmation from the gifter to initiate the return process. 

Sale Items are exempt from refunding.

If you haven’t received your refund and have verified with your credit card or banking institution that the refund is not in the processing stages, please contact us at customercare@albatrossgolfwear so that we can help.
